All rights to our content, services, and server information are reserved and are the sole property of Randy Kincaid Auction Company.

Relationship Between Randy Kincaid Auction Company and Sellers

Randy Kincaid Auction Company is an agent of the sellers using the Site. Randy Kincaid Auction Company seldom evaluates the quality of the items sold on the Site or verifies any claims made by each seller regarding his merchandise. You are given the opportunity to inspect merchandise prior to purchase. It is assumed that you have inspected or had inspected by your agent any merchandise prior to purchase.

Bidder Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep user name and password confidential and be responsible for all activity generated with their account on the site.
• Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Payment by Credit Card or Check

For the buyer's convenience, Randy Kincaid Auction Company may offer to accept payment by credit card or check as payment for merchandise purchased through this site. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Randy Kincaid Auction Company denies and disclaims liability for any damage to a user directly or indirectly as the result of

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law Provisions
